Baby Sitting Disclaimer

The services provided by GSM are intended to offer childcare support and supervision in accordance with industry standards. However, by using our babysitting services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

Liability Limitation:

GSM and its babysitters shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while providing services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s safety and well-being during the service period.

 

Medical Emergencies:

In the event of a medical emergency, our babysitters will make every reasonable effort to contact the parent/guardian immediately. However, if urgent medical attention is required, GSM is authorized to seek professional medical assistance. Parents/guardians are responsible for any related medical costs.

 

Behavior and Discipline:

Babysitters will adhere to the agreed-upon methods of discipline as discussed with the parent/guardian. GSM does not use or condone any form of physical punishment.

 

Personal Belongings:

GSM not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, including toys, clothing, or other items left in our care.

 

Service Scope:

Babysitting services are strictly limited to childcare-related tasks. Babysitters are not authorized to perform household chores, administer medications (unless explicitly agreed upon), or provide transportation without prior consent.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations must be made at least [specified time, e.g., 24 hours] in advance. Refunds or rescheduling options will be determined based on the company’s policy.

 

Parental Obligations:

Parents/guardians must provide accurate health and emergency contact information and ensure the babysitter is informed of any special needs or instructions regarding the child.

 

Indemnification:

Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSM its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the babysitting services.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality:

All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing babysitting services in accordance with our privacy policy.
